IET Venues, the premier family of venues in the UK, has been ranked the number 1 venue provider in the month of May for 'Overall Satisfaction' as voted by customers using the Business Development Research Consultants (BDRC) survey.
The report, conducted by Business Development Research Consultants (BDRC), surveys attendees of events throughout the UK to gauge their satisfaction levels and venues’ abilities to deliver on the services they offer. IET Venues joined the initiative in January this year, soaring immediately into the top 5 out of over 160 venues at the time.
Latest reports show that the IET Venues Group are currently ranked #1 in the Overall Satisfaction trends survey, with an average score of 93/100 putting them 2nd in the year to date overall customer service national ranking, just 1 point behind the league’s topper. The ranking measures the average scores from the ‘Overall Satisfaction’, ‘Likelihood to Recommend’ and ‘Likelihood to Use in the Future’ results, strengthening the IET Venues customer promise to exceed customer satisfaction at each of the three venues.

IET Venues continue to closely monitor all customer feedback to ensure their activity and service is meeting the needs of the events industry. On top of this, the venues have also recently conducted a customer survey of their own to research the current requirements and priorities amongst their customers when choosing a venue for their events.
