•  Pre-event storage of course materials for up to 48 hours in advance
•  brain-friendly buffet lunch, varied each day for multiple day courses. This can be served in a separate catering area allowing delegates to network, or in the meeting room if time is short
•  flexible terms & conditions – cancel up to 20% of delegate numbers up to 2 weeks prior
•  training 'play' box containing a selection of stress toys for delegates 
•  complimentary delegate pack for the trainer
•  reserved parking space for the trainer plus limited spaces for delegates on request
•  access to our Business Centre for all delegates with complimentary photocopying or printing of up to 50 sheets (reduced rates available for any additional sheets)
•  three servings of energising snacks throughout the day, such as whole food bars and fresh fruit
•  tea, coffee, and bottled water with complimentary refills throughout the day
•  complimentary WiFi for all delegates
•  data projector, screen, two flip-charts and fully stocked stationery box.
